About this project:

The 2017 National Household Travel Survey, funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and conducted by Westat, provides insights into the daily travel behavior of the American public. My role was primarily in developing and testing participant facing materials that would be completed by over 120-thousand households. We utilized phone, mail, and online methods for recruitment and data collection.
